You might be right. I'm just surprised that there is still such a gap between people's readings of the situation PAR is now in. It's quite dire if they don't find that kind of dream deal, and find it quickly. Shares will be like confetti within 12 months. I've just outlined a sadly quite believable next 12 months of CR's in the event of no deal, and it has 11 times the dilution (in one year) that the OP envisaged (in a bear case) until we have a successful, registered product on sale with a % of TAM. The gap between various people's views of where we are is a chasm.
