    I was thinking about the performance bonuses last night and the objective results for the 12 months are: Missed revenue projection by 25%, missed profit target by $2M, share price halved. What bonus system could possibly be paid under these kpi's ? And if they get a 110K bonus for this performance what do they get if they hit their targets ?
