How do you explain the retail investors buying on market at ~40c only weeks prior to the CR?

We hadn't long won the court case. The stock was in an uptrend. If that battery news from last week was released prior to the CR then we would've had no problems raising the entire amount from retail investors, not sharks who sold the heads and kept the free options

This CR was a piss poor effort from a board that should be capable of better
