I disagree - he said in an interview on YouTube which I've posted here before that there was one large potential acquisition which he would only do it the share price went up.
the three potential acquisitions, to my mind, are likely three acquisitions where he would only do one - and the other two would fall away. He was pretty unequivocal in his comments on the result that M&A is off the table
