The only guarantee with this stock is that management will never get their options in the green and they will just lapse. Next CR will be around 4c and because teh stock is so iliquid trying to sell in any volume is simply not possible.
So if youy are investing look on it as a three year duration till you will see any appreciable improvement in liquidity and price.
