How would they pay interest on a $1b loan??
The DFS can't be taken seriously at all IMO due to the 'bespoke' nature of the LCE pricing:
Most wouldn't touch this with a 10-foot pole.
But it's cute to think that there are still some folks out there that believe what they read from LKE.
