Thanks and bless you! I have been invested with this mob for far, far too long to continue to be fu*ked about by their BOD nonsense. I have sent my email in support of the proposals:

"I am writing to express my very deep dissatisfaction with the recent departure of our CEO, Dr Michael Thurn and the lack of transparency surrounding the circumstances leading to his resignation. As a shareholder, I expect the board to demonstrate leadership, accountability and transparency in their roles that are in the best interests of the company and it's shareholders. The abrupt and unclear departure of Dr Michael Thurn has created doubt, uncertainty and an entirely unacceptable share price devaluation. It has also created instability within the company and anger/frustration among the companies shareholders. It is not unreasonable to expect much better from the board of any company I invest in. As an investor with 100,000 shares, my voice is no less import that a shareholder with 5,000,000 shares. In the best interests of the company, I fully support the reforms being proposed: 1. Dr Roger Aston to cease being a Director of PharmAust, transitioning to a consultancy arrangement.2. Mr Robert Bishop and Mr Neville Bassett AM to resign their Directorships at PharmAust.3. The appointment of Dr Thomas Duthy as Non-Executive Chairman.4. The reinstatement of Dr Michael Thurn to the role of CEO, as well as being appointed Managing Director to ensure a board presence.5. The appointment of Mr Marcus Hughes to the Board of Directors.6. Mr Sam Wright to continue on the Board of Directors as a Non-Executive Director to ensure a degree of continuity and to provide company secretarial services. I expect, as every other shareholder expects, that required changes will happen diligently and without resistance or delay so that PAA can refocus and continue on a positive and prosperous trajectory with a refreshed Board and Executive.
