I would be careful even at 5 to 7 cents. My reasoning being

    - The business model is/was geared towards producing expensive bikes which can be sold in Western countries (specially Europe) at good/premium price to generate some profits. This market has dried up and will take another 2 to 3 years to revive again.

    - The emphasis or turn about to Asian markets wont work. These markets are price deriven and very competitive. The cost structure of the company is too high (due to not much automation) to compete at price points which other companies will force onto this company.

    - The best bet I can see that company survives this 2 to 3 years crunch time utilising (or spending) the cash pile and then hoping European markets revive.

    - The management itself is rewarding itself just by hoping shareprice is approx 22 cents ( don’t know exact price) - not a very confidant statement if there was one.
