It's possible that the announcement of patents is considered material information by the company, even without direct revenue or quantitative figures attached. Patents can signal long-term value and potential for braini, which might be why they choose to announce them via ASX. Other material news might be evaluated differently based on its perceived impact on the brainchips future prospects… DYOR IMO
