The word you are after @Bonnaducci is "Drivel", which incidentally is subjective. We HIO holders who are also "Drivellers" are more than a few in number on the incompetencies of BG and pleased HIO now has a much improved chance to move upwards. Maybe JK is the quiet achiever we needed. We will see.
