    I can't se how it would be a fluff announcement - it is quite material, and the market would have been expected to receive that information.

    All previous updates have blamed the "CRO's" (plural) for delays.

    If they only used a single CRO for the sake of cutting costs - then maybe that was a bad financial decision.
