I don't see financing being a problem after receiving these last major approvals. It's been a long way, but last week was MASSIVE. Very surprised the SP sparsely reflects the recent DE-RISKing of the entire project. Would have assumed a bigger reaction to the final road approval.
We'll see what successful financing and the last feasibility study will do.
