Although i deeply value ET's insights and contributions....i remain unconvinced that GG will be seeking to take over the company any time soon.

On the Feb 29, 2024 call SI confirms that MSB is currently in 'discussions with strategic partners' as it relates to some of the indications, 'particularly in the US market'

Since that call the FDA notified MSB it had sufficient data for refiling the BLA based on the a further review of the clinical data.

In my humble view, that notification immediately exposes MSB to a cheap takeover by one of the potential strategic partners given the composition of the share registry and the absence of any blocking stake whatsoever.

The clock started ticking....

I imagine the Board is well aware of this, but it is only GG that has sufficient net wealth to increase their holdings, and more importantly is happy to do so at current and previous prices, based on the signals provided by the FDA which also must go some way to reduce the risk around the investment.

JY and ER also find it compelling enough to invest on market, at not insignificant levels.

The window to reach a blocking stake at the lowest price is small, given that historically BLA submission and the lead up to FDA decision result in uptick to the SP, thus explaining for me anyway, the aggressive buying by GG.

Once the BLA is submitted, there is further room for price appreciation depending on whether it is designated a type 1 (2 months) or type 2 (6months) decision. I suggest that the former may also accelerate the sp but more importantly in the context of the 'ongoing strategic partner discussions' ensure that MSB is in a position of strength in negotiations and maximising value for stakeholders, including GG.

This is what i would be doing....but what do I know....I am just another punter reading the tea leaves.
