A few months ago the company was priced at a quarter of what it is now. And the vast majority of holder didn't take up their allotment - they seemed to think it was overpriced then
What has changed fundamentally since then? I'll give you a hint - they've reapplied yet again, and that's it.
The only thing that has changed is hype.
