    Their strategy is well known, and simple.

    Keeper the dummies (shareholders), in the dark, thinking good times are coming,
    while all along it's to keep incompetent mismanagement pockets full of their cash for
    as long as possible (retirement with their cash).

    So simple when you know their plan.
