They've botched things badly but it's a champion of the NZ economy so I can't see it losing its position, too important. There's lots of value to be unlocked so I've taken a first position.
Still plenty of risk (particularly with tax loss selling around the corner) so only a modest position so far but a couple of trade sales of their underperforming businesses and FBU could turn around quickly with new management.
Probably would (should?) have waited but I'm feeling a bit chipper with the SXE and AGL announcements of the last couple of days and with URW returning to dividends.
