If Chifeng makes a straight takeover of MTC , then there would be no capital gains tax payable on the disposal of the Asset..
Chifeng already owns 10% of MTC....
Then down the track they can sell the lithium assets if they like...
Lot's of options on the table..
The one thing guaranteed is they are all well north of 40c a share & Chifeng already happily paid 40c a share when Gold price just $1,850
So many options to choose from when eating Chinese , what to eat first , the one thing guaranteed is we leave the table not hungry anymore.
