The silver lining to the SE2/3 failures might be just that, no longer that attractive. Three scenarios for MIN IMO (a) talk of a partner for the gas plant is just optics/politicking prior to the export decision, (b) they want to explore all options, maybe they want an export oriented partner? or (c) it's Gina, but they don't want to disclose that until after the policy announcement.
