    30 April 2024 company ANNOUNCEMENT MENTIONED THIS....!

    The Company is pleased to report Locke has now completed its due
    diligence and is working with AVZ to agree the terms of a formal agreement.

    Now the 7 may 2024 still no terms AGREED...!!!!!!...sneaky.png
