    Forecast ... Chair/ CEO will say they'll fix Governance after the meeting at which time they'll effectively be in control of the register via a dominant C2V shareholding.

    Shareholders will then only have themselves to blame. A jolt (via a no vote) needs to happen now otherwise forever hold you peace.
