And isn't that a good time to buy a company that is suffering a downturn in revenues due to external forces.
The dream is to find companies with multibag potential where the downside is protected by a liquidation value well above your cost.
The folks dreaming of buying at 5c are off with the fairies but anything is possible. If it drops to 5c the world would be in such a perilous state that no one would be game enough to buy it.
