The 50% or 113,000 offtake to PLL is in place UNTIL the refinery is operational.
Clearly SYA had no other choice but to accept the terms or walk away from the NAL purchase.
The refinery decision will change the game and I do not believe for a minute that North America will allow the refinery to be placed on hold for any length of time.
