It's a popular "story" Wooks but Scruby, Davidson, etc wouldn't agree with you. Fact is, Scomo was unelectable and he took plenty with him.
Anyone serious about transition would be moving heaven and earth to close coal fired plants, like using gas fired power for when renewables exhaust, which they currently do. Congratulations on the Eraring extension.
If gas is so bad, where are Northern beaches folk when it comes to Narrabri? Where are the Northern beaches folk when in comes to PKIT?
They might enjoy taking themselves seriously but the rest of Australia is thinking about cost of energy and job losses from business closures while the Northern Beachers prance around using gas in every aspect of their daily life. Hypocrits.
