    speaking of even just a 'development deal'

    We were meant to have one by the end of September last year and more delivered this year

    where are these development deals?

    Are we doing all this work on a hope and a prayer it'll lead to a commercial contract a year or so down the track?

    If it is the case, then it's a very stupid way to be doing business when your cash burn is so high we need 2 capital raisings in the space of 9 months
