All I want to know is whether GPR has paid their $2.1M commitment or a pro-rata amount thereof. In December the CR from GPR was touted as RIM's saviour. Without it, I fear we have a significant cash crisis. This is a compelling reason that I am strongly interested in GPR's litigation (it is day 2 in the Supreme Court today).
Moreover, choosing to deal with convicted fraudsters makes any bonafide investors run. Surely you cannot condone this practice of RIM as an ASX Board.
All SHs want is for RIM to reach its potential. And present Management practices are not adding value, IMO, to this.
