Not deflecting in the slightest. Just explaining why PEP11 is not the big deal you think it is. It's not, it's a basic administrative process. That Governments think otherwise says all you need to know. I will let you get back to stoking the coal fired plants, they love them up your way in NSW. But gas, no no no, that's bad. Unless it's Narrabri gas, in which case we don't care because "what is a Narrabri?".
