As long as the funding issue is not sorted, I wouldn't call it a great buying opportunity. Since this stocks was $2+ now down to 28 cents like a falling knife, the management board keep on surprising the investor on their cash flow management skill, I agree with the above saying either 2 cents worth or $2. Or more likely could touch down to 20 cents then a dollar (As they have great project, I tend to think that they will sort out the funding issue but just don't know when).
