Finally a much more positive presentation.... love seeing the growth potential now and the pathway to get to being a 200koz/annum producer.
A few points jump out at me :

Slide 11 - Sustaining Capital is expected to be lower
Music to my ears... This is the major reason the AISC has been kept high over the last 6 months. If they reduce Sustaining Capital closer to $100-$150, even without an increase in production our AISC will they closer to $2200. Bump production up slightly and they will be below $2000

Slide 12 - Looks like they will be converting substantial number of ounces from Resources to Reserves

Slide 13 - Love the standardised fleet they now have in place

Slides 15-17 - They have really worked to pay down debt and legacy costs which will not recur. They are managing their cash position well... and dont forget they have $10m with of gold in stockpiles which is effectively cash.

Slide 20 - 200m of development already completed into the Western Front.... cost of $4.8m to find 100koz which will be easily mined out.

Slide 21 - And the big one.... Mining approvals are in place and they have started to dewater Plutonic East with resource of 522koz at 4.1g/T.
With the mill running at 1.3MTpa vs capacity of 1.8MTpa, if they put 500kT of Plutonic East through it together with current baseload, it is approx 70koz pa additional production. For virtually no cost. We will then be producing over 150koz from Plutonic at AISC of around $1500.... And all of this could be happening in the next 6-9 months.
