Correct they have a right and i also alhave a right to complain about them. Circles of life.
Can't agree more you have as much right as them to complain here. What matters is what are we choosing to complain about - an issue or a non-issue.
To me SHs loosing money due to poor communication is an issue. People complaining about it in a forum not so much of an issue.
But I will leave that to you and others here to decide.
