Stating the obvious, but I think the legals need to be sorted and macro needs to pivot to easing interest rates. Hard to see it re-rate with the current backdrop, not an area people want to be.
I have not heard or seen anything that might be affecting the company specifically, for instance unemployment is still low. I am assuming the 'hawkish' macro developments have seen the stock reach its cyclical lows again.
Very, very interest rate sensitive company.
I agree regarding the buyback, it was a shame that it was not extended.
