As usual the majority of share holders are being treated as placating the scums… How much is being given as special dividends as amount or percentage compared to buybacks.
Who voted to support the buyback, probably not the passive investors who don’t bother to vote! Irrespective of those that don’t to vote the board has a duty to consider what would benefit them!
It amounts to failure on the board’s actions!
