Just on those synergies, Dolcevita. Really good write up on this site about MEO's synergies between the two plants.
With a good gas field with low co2, once it is stripped it can be used on the methanol side.
For example, in a gas field that has 10% CO2, if you strip out the CO2 from the gas going to supply a 3 MMt LNG plant, and then take that recovered CO2 and add it to the 10% CO2 gas going to a 5,000 tpd methanol plant, raising the CO2 level to 25%, there will be no CO2 process emissions from the two plants. Its a perfect balance! Theres a real synergy between the two plants, with the methanol plant acting as the CO2 garbage bin.
