The Board of NEC should, IMHO, provide a realistic valuation of ALL assets to SH so they are informed of the potential loss at this ridiculous offer. It is interesting to note that we have been notified of a substantial holding notice by Arkdale a subsiduary of New Hope. I wonder at what price their shares were acquired?
I dont think SH would mind being taken over IF the offer was made at a realistic value.
As the Board says Opportunistic...
