No you got it right …As you say the Bank of Novia Scotia announced it had bought a substantial stake (27/10/23 [ref] and I mis-logged ‘big stake’ as being also due to a capital raise when the $25m placement at 40c was announced on 17/11/23.

.. So 10c, 40c and now 58c for the recent raises ….and looking at those levels on the daily chart, that red volume was a colossal exit :/.
I’m glad NRW made sure it would not crash the price by choosing to block sell in line with the raise ….
And now this new baseline needs to set a bit I guess?
(It’s all looking a bit new up at these heights from those recent perspectives!)
