Now your taking me down the rabbit hole which is the EU so back to my original point - They have bilateral agreements with Argentina and can negotiate/implement whatever those countries see fit, and can be implemented quickly if needed, just like they did with Japan

The EU show has taken a lot longer than expected, and this is the most recent info about i've seen 4 weeks ago, as basically says Manufacturing no unless under the leasing commercial loophole and critical materials are nearing an agreement.

Whats seems to be happening is the want to get the Argentina show on the road while continuing to finalize the EU
