given zero revenue, no signs of a deal, massive cash burn and no blockbuster data yet, 20c would be a good outcome.
the unfortunate thing is a CR will be a real possibility in the next 3-6 months.

i also agree with another comment about CEO remuneration being tied to share holder returns and company value.
as good as we perceive the science to be, the big CEO pay packet should be tied to a material outcome. A modest salary should suffice until that is delivered.
