Come on Jak, even if one accepts things go slow for many reasons - finance, governments, sovereignty reasons, equipment failure etc etc, you have to start thinking that SM is taking the piss. He has NEVER once given any forward guidance apart from "soon" or near future. Its time he came clean and properly explained the hold up as this will be 5 cents before we know it and we'll be doing another CR at 4.5cents.
