At yesterday's close that's $1.79 + 11c FF dividend.
Adamantem bid would be $1.817 + or including the FY dividend likely to be around 5c.
I think I'd rather have the cash but let's see what happens to IPH share price today. IMO the market probably won't like the news plus the regulatory hurdle may be an issue.
At the very least it should give Adamantem a kick up the arse to get on with it
