Did someone say 'prophylactic use'? At some point these biomarkers will be routinely screened for in the same way as high cholesterol when you go get your annual or 6-monthly bloods done at the GP. Imagine the world that opens up, a pre-OA market. It'd be nice to start thinking about these possibilities again, if they could find funding.
As for our new pal, it's like the cocky young cadet in the movie who joins a battle-hardened corp and gives them all the big talk about war. They always end up wetting themselves don't they?
