    The key points and sentiment of this article apply equally to bitumen. It would be good to think that the Alpha project has corresponding State and Commonwealth Government support; in relation to financing, approvals and offtake. I can't see any other bitumen plants on the horizon and the Alpha project ticks a lot of Government policy boxes...
