I think you'll find that a new project is the priority. Its all in the most recent Q report and sounds like they are in more than advanced discussions, $1mill cash in bank after MR gets his $100k loan paid out is more than enough for these guys to make some gravy.
That raise was your shot at getting the average right down. Looked like a real mates rates raise to get in before ship gets turned around via new project.
Im assuming I'll be getting 100% of the extras I bid for. Not complaining as my cost is rock bottom.
