Agreed, I'm not surprised though that so many in the industry are quickly viewing this procedure as the gold standard. Comparing it to all other MIGS procedures you quickly find it's the only one that is truly minimally invasive. Whilst the other procedures must tear, damage or leave a stent behind to artificially restore the drainage system, iTrack Advance does it completely naturally and still achieves a very high level of efficacy. It has the longest track record of all devices, and takes the best bits of traditional gold standard surgical procedures but without any of the bad bits, to deliver an extensive but highly safe treatment targeting all potential points of resistance.
