CFE is capable of buying back more than the weak holders have .
They look to be taking a softly ,softly approach to begin with to test the sellers .
I expect them to ramp up the buying in the next few days especially if there is no big selling .
Not many share buybacks have the capacity to buy back 10% of issued stock .
