Yep, agree with you. This arrangement has acted as a CR. Even though its had a nice catch phrase of 6c. Its pulled the SP down to the 2c mark. I would say, just like all other CRs.
The only way this pays off for the company is if we get the funding and then the VWAP will be considerably higher.
Personally, I thought this would hold up for the month and then descend to the 2c floor price. Guess people just decided to not take that risk and cash out in the higher 2s.
For this to pay off, funding really need to come soon. Amazing that the month timeline virtually coincides with options expiry. If they do it get, it'll be a masterstroke, if it doesn't come, well that'll be a huge loss to cash in the bank AND we will have an anchor of 2c
