    Management clearly value this at 2.9c which is nearly 1/4 of the current market price.

    financiers must also have this view or they would have agreed to a loan instead of cap raise or they would have agreed to a higher cap raise price if they thought it was worth anywhere near 11c as it is trading at today.

    very bizarre trades on this one one way or the other!
