someone claimed that once you lock in a customer then it's unlikely he will switch to another product ...
we looked at this as a stable business and looked at incremental margins from growing revenue...
now it's the opposite...
was the extend of the drop in sales communicated before the offering? or have they just found out recently since they really have no clue?
alusion sales is another of their dreams...
