Will hunt down a paper about gene therapy. It was written a few years ago. Several gene therapies had members of their trials have cardiac problems, with a couple of deaths. The trials were stopped. One drug has recently been approved by the FDA for DMD.
This is one I found after a quick google. Go to para 4 and see the list of adverse events. The paper i am looking for addresses the matter much more succinctly.
