I can tell you right now personally speaking after having a bachelor pad in the Sydney CBD and a crazy salary before covid, to now moving out to the countryside in a bit of a shack with less of a salary, that right now I am a lot happier! Both mentally and physically. It is not all about money and a money-based lifestyle that is sure!
However, It would still be nice to see the AUC share price have a reversal in the months to come because I still want to make some decent coin to set up my growing family and support them in the years to come because this world is honestly getting worse by the day. Moving out of the cities is the best thing you can do right now IMO.
