I think you'll find the shareprice will remain somewhat capped until MEI drop their scoping study. People who are risk averse will be holding or waiting on the sidelines as MEI scoping will be considered a proxy/benchmark for VMM.
if MEI scoping is at or beats expectations I suspect VMM will quickly run to a much larger market cap as fomo money from those that missed MEI flows in
