Catalysts for re-rate in my opinion; 1. Positive cashflow - long way off unfortunately, if at all 2. Ownership restructuring of the business that sees the business becoming more strategic in its commercial approach. Probably not going to happen with existing majority shareholders running the show 3. Another distribution agreement. Too soon, probably unlikely. 4. Takeover offer , related to Point 2. needs existing majority shareholder approval. unlikely IMO. 5. Run out of cash and need to raise - rerate in the wrong direction
So until this company gets run some runs on the board I think we can get use to 2.5c or less if they have to raise funds again.
